Started to run but my leg is still not up to par. I have a race this Sunday so want to make sure it heals. Worked on the eliptical and worked with some weights and strength training.
decided not to run on the leg until the race Sunday. Want to make sure it heals. Used the elliptical today and did more strength training. Debating on wether to dress up like a pirate for the race Sunday. Hhhmmm ... what to do?
