Ran 5 on the treadmill today. Was a nice morning. I felt really good. Kept my pace between 9:00 and 10:00 min miles. Totally forgot about boot camp class this morning and missed it :(

Maybe your body wanted to miss it, so it drugged your brain and made it forget. Just a theory.
One nice thing about treadmills is you can set a goal pace and it's easier to make yourself keep the pace. When I am running on the roads and don't meet my goal pace, I don't get thrown off into a ditch :-)
