Wanted to see if I could still run after not running for a week. Wanted to include a hill since I'll be running hills in the Ragnar race. Ran the first four miles out at a 9:38 pace then reset my watch. I ran the other four miles back in at a 10:31 pace. I purposely went easy on the way back in so I could ease back into my routine.
Getting into a routine will be challenging this week.
Looking forward to nap time now :)
