Had time this morning for Boot Camp and my run. Boot Camp was upper body with weights and core work. Found a great treadmill at the gym that has a decline option. Ran 5 miles with 4 miles at 9:30 pace temp (on incline).
I can use this treadmill for my Ragnar training. Once I find out which part of the trail I'll be running, I can look up the topography on the site and mimic it with the treadmill.
