Had a great bootcamp class. Fast moving intervals. I've been able to increase my heavy weight to 10 pounds (used to be 8). I still keep some fives nearby for certain exercises.
I've also been working on those push-ups. I can get halfway down and up on one, then have to go to my knees. I always feel like I'm going to pull this disk between my shoulder blades. Weird.
After class, I had a little time, so I got on the treadmill and ran 2 miles. My gym has some workouts they posted on Pinterest since they were closed from the snow. I'm going to try an interval pin on the treadmill tomorrow. Looked like a fun way to switch things up.
