Did a 50th b-day run/ride. Ran 22 miles, then rode 28 miles. Took me 7 hours but I conquered 50 miles in honor of that milestone birthday.

spinning. Been invited for a short run this Thursday afternoon. Might go. We'll see.
Ran 5 on the treadmill. Tempo run with 3 miles at 9:31.
Spinning. Almost didn't get out of bed but glad I did. Ended up doing 18.6 miles. I wonder how close spinning replicates actual bike riding. If I get a bike will I be able to go as long as I do in the gym?
