Ran 8 miles on the rail trail. Beautiful sunny and cool day. Nice to sleep in and not worry about it getting too hot outside. My legs felt great and my pace seemed really easy. Not sure if I should credit that to the good nights sleep or the maple donut I had after dinner the night before. I'll have to try the donut again and see if it was that :P I'm excited about starting a new workout plan next week. I want to increase my pace before my 1/2 in October. Todays AP: 10:08 |
