Took a class called "On the Ball". It was an overall mediocre work out. On a sweat scale of 1-5 (5 being a dripping good sweat), I give it a 1(one). I guess one is better than none!

Sometimes we need a different kind of workout. Not every workout needs to make us sweat so much we've got to pull a rag out of the back of our shorts and wipe our brow, do they?
