Ran at the gym on the treadmill. Warmed up for a mile then ran one mile @ 8:49. Recovered for a half mile then ran another 1/2 mile at 8:49. Recovered for another half mile then ran .25 mile @ 8:49. Ran the rest out easy to make 4 miles.
