Ran 3 on the treadmill at home inbetween dinner and watching "The Sound of Music". Felt good to do something instead of sitting around feeling the extra tummy roll forming. Gonna sleep in tomorrow (until 6:30 ... wow)!

I am so tempted to get a home treadmill- but I think my good intentions would end up becoming a dust magnet.
How was the Sound of Music? I wanted to watch it but fell asleep early. I needed rest.

Yeah. Had to knock the dust of mine. I don't use it often. Rick got it on Craigs list when he was training for the Ruck march last year. The sound of Music was interesting. I cried within the 1st 5 minutes, but thats just me. Some things were changed in the story and songs sung during different scenes, but Carrie Underwood did great. Nothing beats the original.
