Ok. All this driving and not much running has left me feeling like a sloth. I feel like I'm jiggling everywhere. Need a good core routine. Any good ideas?

Hope everyone is recovering nicely from their procedures and your car has a chance to stay at home while you burn some rubber on your shoes.
You'll do great on your run. You've been preparing for it and you're strong! If all else fails, bring sock-man along for some extra power :-)
