I have been working out when I can just haven't posted. Sidetracked by my grandsons illness. Did some speed work this morning. Felt really good to fill my lungs and wear them out.

Thanks QP. Wish we could fast forward to our race. Harvey will be home by then, my final papers/presentations for my classes will be done, and it will be 2 days before my girl comes home for 3 weeks :) ... gonna be a happy race day !
