I finally got to get back out and run.  I was hoping the weather would hold out for today and it did.  I set my alarm for 6am and it didn't go off so I woke up at 7:15 (thanks to my kitty).  I decided to go to the rail trail for a nice easy run.

The weather was beautiful, cool...windy...and sunny.  There were very few people on the trail so I felt like I had the beautiful day and the beautiful scenery all to myself.  Leaves were falling on the trail as I ran through them (reminded me of the turkey run QP).  I was in heaven.

I needed a day like today and God delivered.

I am SO glad you got your running gift from God! Those days don't come all the time, and it's so wonderful when they do come - always just when we need them.

I think I'd call it a "tender mercy of the Lord."

Nice pace on your run. 6 weeks to go!!
