4 miles on the treadmill. Did 1/2 mile warm-up then 1/2 mile at 8:30 pace. Repeated for three miles then did last mile at 10 min pace. Was really tough to keep that 8:30 pace for 1/2 mile but I kept telling myself I could decide to slow down after another .05. I had to keep tricking my brain into going a little further. |
