Tried to keep a steady pace but it just wasn't working for me today. Decided to do some speed work. Sprint then recover...sprint then recover. I like my sprinting pace (7:45-8:15), makes me feel speedy :P

Those kinds of run wear me out, but really make me feel like a runner!!
