Thanks for noticing I fell out of a truck, Brent. And YES, QP...this weekend did help with relaxing...not my schoolwork though :) I ran the 4 miles Monday on the rail trail...no aches and pains:) Spinning class yesterday, felt so strong:) I am super excited because my son-in-law got me a new I-pod nano. It clips on like my shuffle and has a Nike running application. I'm going to try it out today. Its amazing that it is just a little bigger than my shuffle and has a touchscreen, lots of storage for my tunes, pictures, and other apps. It even has a radio, so I can pick up local stations while I'm running. The headphone strap has the control for volumes, pausing, etc. Its supposed to track my pace and distance but doesn't use GPS. I'm curious how that is going to work. I'm supposed to calibrate as part of my setup. I have the option of purchasing a watch band and wearing it on my wrist but they didn't recommend that when using it for running. |
