Slept in this morning so I ran at the gym after my grandson got picked up. Pushed myself a bit by starting out with 10m pace, next 9:30 pace, final 9:13 pace. I wanted to run 4 but didn't have it in me so I went over to the stairclimber for 10 minutes...that thing kicked my butt! I found muscles I didn't know I had :) |
