Just a little sore when I started out. Stretched after 1/2 mile then fell into a rythm. Felt really Great to loosen up and enjoy a run. Getting siked about training for my next 1/2 in October. My goal is to be my time (which shouldn't be too difficult, since my next race is pretty flat). I'm adding core work and regular speed work to my work out to try and improve my AP. |
