I ran two miles this morning and did my 'Shred' workout (strength). My times were 10:09 and 9:45/mi. I am supposed to meet a friend this evening for a run. I'm not use to running in the evening so I am curious how it's going to go. After my saturday dehydrated run, my husband has suggested I drink more gatorade throughout the day (Normally I drink lots of water then gatorade during my run). I'm gonna see if it helps. Any suggestions? |
