I ended up taking last week off from running. I think I needed a break. Ran 2 miles today on the treadmill and did some ab work. Think I'm going to get back into the gym habit again since it is getting so cold and dark in the morning.

I think breaks are good. I hope you were able to sleep in and enjoy it.
