I did 20 minutes strength this morning (shred). Decided to do my 3 miles tomorrow because I slept in until 7am and couldn't get motivated until 8am. I felt like I didn't have enough time to run and get ready for my new Sleep Number bed delivery at 9am. My plan is to do 3 easy miles tomorrow, then a long run on Saturday. I'm hoping the new bed will produce a couple of great nights of sleep and supercharge me for the long run on Saturday. (Don't worry RAD, your day will come again when you get to sleep, just not yet.) |
