Had a wonderful run in the heat and humidity with my good friend, QP. I found a road kill frog which she promptly took a picture of. Later in our run QP yells SNAKE! We both jumped from the edge of the road into the middle (thank goodness no traffic at the time). It wasn't until after we passed that we noticed the snake was squished in the middle (aka...road kill). We did not stop for a photo op but QP discussed how that snake was alive last time she passed it (glad it wasn't this time). Got back to her house and she treated me to a delicious blueberry protein smoothy then off to the peach stand to buy fresh peaches :) yum |
