First day out after being sick.  My stomach is still not back to normal but I thought I would see what I could do.  Started out feeling fine then at about 2.5 miles my stomach started cramping.  I stopped and walked for a few minutes then started again.  Every time I took a drink of water I would cramp again.  I had to walk the last 2 miles but I enjoyed the fresh air (although cold).  I'm hoping with one more day of rest that I'll be back to normal by Monday.

Terri, I am not sure if working out and not feeling good go together. I always hope working out will get rid of it quicker. Nice effort.

Terri- sorry to hear you've been sick. Especially over the week-end. Bummer!

Wishes for a quick recovery!
