Easy run in the hood between downpours. Downloaded some new songs on my shuffle so I was excited to get out and listen to them while running. I can tell my endurance is slowly building since I've increased my weekly mileage. Slow and steady. I'm hoping I can keep a 9 min pace for my 10k in 2 weeks.
