Didn't run yesterday and wish I would have. Ran this morning just enough to get my blood flowing and get to work on time. Felt great! Hard to believe my race is only 3 days away. Guess I'll go eat some carbs!

I think I'll save the McFlurry for a recovery shake! My race is the "Woodrow Wilson Bridge Half". If your familiar with Maryland, then you probably know where the bridge is. The race starts in Old Town Alexandria and winds through historic homes and parks. It crosses the bridge into Maryland and ends at the National Harbor.
I figured it would be a good mid way run before the marathon in November! I'm excited about it!
