excellent run for a Monday! Wonderful pace as well. Why is it that the fat part always stays SO cold? I thought it would stay warm?!?

I wish certain parts could get frostbite and die & fall off. I don't think I'd choose my rear, but there are some parts I could think of......
You had a nice MLK 1/2 marathon!! In the ice cold weather too. Way to get there & show old man winter who the boss is!
