Been traveling for 4 days and finally made it to Vermont (visited family in PA for 2 days).  I was so happy to be out of that car I thought I would weep tears of joy.  Checked in hotel around 5pm and the family wanted dinner.  I just wanted to hit the gym and unlock my pretzelized (is that a word?) legs.  Had to let my dinner settle then hit the treadmill around 9pm.  I started to feel human again.  I started to believe I could survive this trip.  I know I can do it now that I have a place to regroup.

My sister is with me and she has trouble with her left knee.  She got on the stationary bike and tried to pedal with just her right leg but it kept slipping out of the strap so I put my right foot on the left pedal and helped her.  It ended up working out well for her...good times.

I wish I could have seen that bike ride. It does sound like a fun time. Glad you got to run a little and be yourself. Does Chinese food make you run faster?

I wouldn't say Chinese Food makes you run faster. I will say it does like to hang around and revisit every once in a while.
