AP: 9:25 10:35, 7:54, 9:44. Don't be too impressed with mile 2. I was supposed to do a mile at 8:30 but I didn't have the stamina this morning so I sprinted for a 1/4 mile then turned of watch and recovered. I did that for the whole second mile. It felt really good to go that fast, even if it was for short sprints. I can't wait until I can get faster with less recovery time. |
