4 miles on the treadmill. Did 1 mile warm up then 2 miles going up and down around 9:05 pace. I would run .20 at 9:05 then .05 at 10:00 to recover. I continued the pattern until getting close to the end. I was feeling so good, I upped the pace to 8:47 for the last .25. It felt great to feel great while running. I thought about pushing myself a little more but decided I'd better not over do it. I want to enjoy the run and the feeling that I still have something left. |
