4 easy miles in the hood. Set out at 5:45 and within minutes it was light enough to see. Love it!!
I took a sleeping pill last night so I was concerned about being able to get up. Instead of being sleepy, I felt rejuvenated!

Glad you got to see the sunlight coming up on your run. It's one of my favorite things about morning runs. I'll miss it for a while after DST next week. But then it'll be back for another fantastic show in just a few weeks!!
