3 miles in the hood with my niece. I walked to her house which is about a mile from mine. I needed the walk to wake up my sore and tired legs. I'm glad it was an easy day because my body would only do easy. I want to go spinning in the morning but I'm afraid I won't have much left for my long run on Friday. What to do? To spin...or not to spin...that is the question. p.s. I'm still planning on wearing my magical skirt on Friday :)
