12 mile spin this morning.  Kept the tension low because muscles are still sore.  Felt great to loosen up the stiffness.  My instructor wouldn't let me stand and it was killing my quads not to stand and stretch them out.  I ended up leaving the class 15 minutes early to stretch and do some PT on my shoulder.  No knee issues :)

On a weird note, something very disturbing happened when I got home from the gym.  There was this high school kid walking up and down my sidewalk and staring at me as I drove past.  I have seen him on several different morning and he creeped me out and looked very suspicious.  Well this  morning I pulled in front of my house and decided to watch the kid from my rear view mirror.  He walked past my car, staring at me the whole time then he turned around and walked directly toward me while he exposing himself.  Scared me to death.  I drove off, went around the block, then came back home and called police.

The  police officer did excellent work, touching base with me throughout the day,  and based on my description, located the kid when he got off the bus in the afternoon.  The officer brought me photos and I was able to positively identify him.  Not sure what happens from here but I went out and got new pepper spray today.  Now I'm nervous about  running in the morning...will he be looking for revenge?

OH MY WORD! I can't believe you got a magic show in the morning by a high school student. Do you need to get a restraining order against him?

Maybe sticking to the gym for a while is a good idea....creeper!

Of all the reasons to carry pepper spray, I never would have thought that would be one, but it does seem like a good idea. I'd suggest a weapon, but my imagination is telling me the target would be too small to hit :-/

I am glad your knee is being good for you and Mark made you stay in the saddle while you recover.

What a day you had!

That be creepy...and Halloween is still a few weeks away. Sorry that happened. Hope you don't have to see him again.

Hope you knee feels better soon.
