Spin class this morning. Good class. My right knee ached a little but eased up when I changed my angle of pressure.
Went to "Muscle Up" class this evening. It was a half hour of weights, crunches, push-ups, etc. Then went home and cut the grass.

QP and I have a plan...the plan is not to plan until we are ready to plan a plan. Then we plan on planning the best plan we could ever plan:)
