Did a 50th b-day run/ride. Ran 22 miles, then rode 28 miles. Took me 7 hours but I conquered 50 miles in honor of that milestone birthday. Short-Term Running Goals: April 12, 2014 St. Charles 10 miler

| | Ran 3 on the treadmill at home inbetween dinner and watching "The Sound of Music". Felt good to do something instead of sitting around feeling the extra tummy roll forming. Gonna sleep in tomorrow (until 6:30 ... wow)!

| | Ran 10 on the rail trail. It turned out to be a beautiful sunny day. Temps in the 40's felt great with the sun out. AP: 10:43. Thought of QP when I stopped to take a self photo at "Old Womans Run" (Not because she is old, but because we posed there a year or so ago). Perfect sign for a photo op :)

| | spinning was brutal with the instructor off the bike. I'm not sure what to think of a comment my instructore made... He pointed to me and said, "come one girls, you're being beat by a cougar". Huh????

| | Ran 5 miles on the treadmill then did a 1 hour spin (20.9 miles). My legs were feeling it. This was a Friday night workout for me because I'm keeping the grandbaby this weekend :) I slept like a baby too.

| | Was going to spin but carma was working against me. I forgot my spinning shoes, then the bike I tried to strap into had a broken strap, then the next bike had frozen handle bars that would not adjust for me. With the instructor off the bike, I decided it was time for me to split.
Ran 4 on the treadmill. Great sweat! Gave me an opportunity to work on some speed.
