Did a 50th b-day run/ride. Ran 22 miles, then rode 28 miles. Took me 7 hours but I conquered 50 miles in honor of that milestone birthday. Short-Term Running Goals: April 12, 2014 St. Charles 10 miler

| | 7 miles on a beautiful winter morning. Hard to believe the high today will be close to 60 degrees. I have started doing 5 minute abs and push-ups during the week. I am up to 2 whole push-ups now :) AP: 10:06 10:37, 10:12, 9:45, 9:51, 10:02, 10:37, 9:40 Mile 2 and Mile 6 were both uphill. Fun! |

| | 4 miles on the treadmill this morning. Easy run. Hopped from treadmill to treadmill until I found one that wasn't squeaking. Good times. |

| | First day out after being sick. My stomach is still not back to normal but I thought I would see what I could do. Started out feeling fine then at about 2.5 miles my stomach started cramping. I stopped and walked for a few minutes then started again. Every time I took a drink of water I would cramp again. I had to walk the last 2 miles but I enjoyed the fresh air (although cold).
